Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.


2. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund, depending on availability and your preference

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

6. Return Shipping (Important Notice)

Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are shipped safely and securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not cover return postage unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our side.


7. Damaged or Lost Returns

We are not responsible for:

  • Items lost during return shipping

  • Items damaged due to insufficient packaging during return

Please ensure all items are packaged securely before sending them back.
